The Deaf Church is a partnership of different Deaf Christian churches who identify themselves as part of the Church of England in the Diocese of London.
We aim to make provision for Christian worship in British Sign Language and where possible, enable Deaf Sign Language users to access mainstream parish churches through the services of an interpreter.
The Revd Catherine Carlyon, who has been chaplain since 2014 moved away from London in November 2020 to take up a new post as vicar of St. Francis of Assisi, Bridgwater, Somerset. If you need help with interpreter support or other query, please use the contact page.
